Nick heads up Neon Arena Services.   He has dealt with the NEC Group since 1992 and liaises with all our major sports clients such as UK Sports, England Hockey and Table Tennis England. Nick oversees all of our on-site floor builds around the UK.

Patricia Martins is our Event Manager.  She joined Neon in October 2021 after completing her Masters in Cultural Events Management. 

Some of Patricia’s duties include managing our daily crew rotas, managing our #NeonTeam, liaising with clients and suppliers and keeping our social media pages and website up to date.   

Being Portuguese and from a theatre background she brings a different outlook into the business.

Dave is our senior crew chief and forklift driver.  When Dave is not unloading the arctics at the Birmingham Arenas, he can be found heading up our teams in the exhibition halls.

Joe and Carys are our junior crew chiefs.

Joe focuses more on the Birmingham Arenas, being a welcoming point of contact for our new starters on their first shift and jumping on the forklift.  Joe has recently passed his IPAF licence.

Carys is often at the ICC / VOX as a crew member teaching what she knows to our newer crew members and being an avid learner of the knowledgeable people at these venues.
