March Update: New Collaborations, Community Sport & Arena Action
March picked up right where February left off—with the YONEX All England Open Badminton Championships at the Utilita Arena Birmingham.
Alongside delivering the sports flooring, our team also supported the build of a brand-new retail space for the event. This project marked the start of an exciting collaboration with Jam Creative Ltd, who brought us in to help bring their vision to life. It was a fantastic opportunity for our team to branch into something new—creating a vibrant, engaging experience for fans.
As part of the Championships, we also installed two badminton courts at the Great Hall, University of Birmingham, helping to create an additional space for the local community to get involved in the sport.
Supporting accessible sport remains a key part of what we do—creating opportunities for communities, and especially young people, to get active and discover new passions.
Across the arenas, it was another busy month. Our crew delivered flat floor seating, staging and barrier setups for major shows including Machine Gun Kelly, Dave, Benson Boone and Gorillaz.
We also supported a range of diverse events such as Crufts, ESL One and Specsavers activations—offering a slightly different format to our usual arena setups, and one we thoroughly enjoyed taking on.
In the sports flooring side of things, we kept the Netball Super League season moving with wooden court builds at the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham, supporting teams including Loughborough Lightning, Nottingham Forest Netball and Birmingham Panthers.
We also delivered a wooden court installation at the Utilita Arena Birmingham for our local side, Birmingham Panthers, and travelled to Essex to install roll-out mats at the University of Essex Sports Arena.
Over at Aston Villa Football Club, The Warehouse continued to keep our team busy. We supported the build and de-rig of staging for their Fan Arena experiences on matchdays—helping deliver a high-energy environment for supporters.
Another fast-paced and varied month—combining elite sport, live events, and meaningful community impact.
