January Update: Strong Foundations for 2026
2026 didn’t ease us in—it kicked off at full speed. As is tradition, the year began with one of our staple projects, partnering with GH Display to lay carpet tiles for LAMMA.
A familiar job, but one that always sets the tone for the months ahead.
Staying firmly in exhibition mode, we headed to ExCeL London to support the ATHX Games team in bringing their event to life. From installing carpet across multiple zones to constructing a Tecno wall, our team was right at the heart of the action, helping shape a dynamic and high-energy event space.
Back at the NEC, the January Furniture Show kept us on our toes. We delivered a mix of BeMatrix and bespoke wooden stands for returning clients, including Mercer, One.World, and New Dimensions—always great to reconnect and continue building those strong partnerships.
Meanwhile, the arenas were calling. With big names like Biffy Clyro, Young Voices, Jason Derulo, and the ever-popular Strictly Come Dancing Tour, our crew jumped straight back into seating, staging, and barrier setups—bringing each show to life for packed audiences.
It’s been a strong start on the sports front too. From Hockey in Derby to Basketball at the Utilita, our sports flooring team has been in high demand. We continue to install the trusted Junckers A3 portable flooring for basketball—ensuring top-level performance for every game.
Working with England Hockey—our very first client—remains a highlight. Each January, we build the flooring for the Super 6’s competition, an event we’re incredibly proud to sponsor. Since 2022, we go a step further by creating a Fan Zone court, giving more people the chance to engage with and experience the sport up close.
And the momentum didn’t stop there. Our team also travelled to the Manchester Velodrome, supporting Badminton England by installing carpet between courts—enhancing both the look and feel of the event for players and spectators alike.
A fast, focused, and exciting start to the year—if January is anything to go by, 2026 is set to be another standout year.
